About the Role

As an ERPNext Developer at Infrasys, you will handle end-to-end ERPNext implementations for enterprise clients, manage customisations across core modules, and provide expert technical development. We are looking for candidates with less than 3 years of experience who are passionate about ERP technology and Frappe framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Customise ERPNext core modules — Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects, and HRMS
• Create new DocTypes, custom fields, server/client scripts, and automated workflows
• Design and build tailored reporting dashboards and analytics applications
• Configure and manage ERPNext instances to meet specific client business requirements
• JavaScript and React frontend development for custom UI components
• Customise forms, list views, and UI layouts within ERPNext / Frappe
• Install, configure, and manage multiple ERPNext/Frappe sites using bench CLI
• Handle backup, restore, and migration of ERPNext sites across environments
• Manage updates, patches, and version upgrades for all ERPNext apps
• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Frappe Framework
• Hands-on ERPNext customisation experience (DocTypes, scripts, workflows)
• JavaScript / React for frontend UI development
• Experience with bench, Linux server management
• Understanding of accounting, inventory, and HR business processes
• Git version control and collaborative development

About the Role

Infrasys is hiring 2 Software Development Interns from preferred colleges in the NCR region. This is a full-time internship for a minimum duration of 6 months. You will work directly alongside our engineering team on live client projects, gaining hands-on experience in ERP development, cloud platforms, and enterprise software.

What You Will Work On

• Assist in ERPNext / Frappe module development and customisation
• Support backend Python development for enterprise automation tasks
• Frontend UI development using JavaScript / React within Frappe
• Testing, debugging, and documenting software modules
• Participate in client requirement gathering sessions
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices

Who Should Apply

• Currently enrolled in B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent from an NCR-region college
• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or any programming language
• Eagerness to learn enterprise software development
• Available for full-time on-site internship for minimum 6 months

About the Role

Infrasys is looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with our delivery and consulting teams. This is a remote, full-time role and will primarily support our technology consulting and ERP implementation engagements. The role is based in Mumbai with remote collaboration with our Gurgaon headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from enterprise clients
• Bridge communication between client stakeholders and the technical delivery team
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams
• Support ERP implementation projects — SAP, Oracle, or ERPNext — from a functional perspective
• Conduct gap analysis between current-state and to-be processes
• Assist in UAT planning, test case preparation, and sign-off facilitation
• Create dashboards and management reports to track project health

Required Skills

• Experience in business analysis within IT services or consulting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / ERPNext is a plus)
• Proficiency with tools: MS Office, Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
